Hero Motocorp — Fuel pump issue in My Xpulse 200.

Myself Nandadeep Bhosle, Own's Hero Xpluse 200 purchased in Feb 2021, I had purchased Xpluse for My daily commute to office, Ride approx 60km per day.

On 12 July 2021 Monday morning, I was on My way to office & suddenly near Andheri My bike stopped. I tried to make it Self start / Kick start, But was not able to start it. So I took it to the nearest local garage on that location, Because I didn't had any choice of authorize service station over there. The Mechanic checked the bike and tried all the possible way to start it but even he was not able to and was not getting the exact issue with bike. Then he suggested me to take the bike to authorize service station as it seems there is some major technical issue and the bike is under warranty, Meanwhile I was trying to contact the authorize service station near Andheri but none of them responded to the call, Then I called the authorize service station in Mira road A.L. Motors, Where I had done My bike servicing. The contact person is Mr. Lahu Patne, I told him the issue so he suggested me to get the bike at service station. Then I towed bike & took it to the A.L. Motors, The service advisor checked the vehicle and got to know that there is some technical issue with the fuel pump & injector, where the pump was not allowing the fuel to reach to injector and inject into cylinder. Mr. Lahu asked me to leave the bike at service station and He told me that he will order the required spare parts (Fuel pump/ Injector) and will replace the same in warranty.

On 15 July 2021 Thursday, I called Mr. Lahu to take the follow-up on my bike issue. So he told me that the spare part is not available but They had repaired the fuel pump & injector. The vehicle is ready and running perfectly fine without any issues and if problem persist, They will replace the spare part with the new one which is ordered on 12 July 2021. I took the bike on same day and faced the same issue in evening, It was not getting start but Somehow I managed to take the bike till My Home but the issue is not yet resolved.

I am Continuously in follow-up with Mr. Lahu for the same thing but he always replies the same "That the Spare part is not available and yet din't received any update from Hero".

I request you to resolve My Issue and make the required spare part available as soon as possible. Now it has been 12 days that My bike is standing in parking and I have to borrow A bike from friends for My daily commute. I am not at all satisfied with the after sales service, I bought Hero just because of Indian make, So that I won't face any issue for service and spare parts availability but here the scenario is completely opposite.

This is one of the major issue I faced and there are many other issue as well like Engine Heating, Engine oil leakage from Overhead, One of Relay stoped functioning after first service and which is not in stock till date and There is some issue with Battery as well. I hope the Issue will be resolved soon.

I'm facing the same issue with my Xpulse 200.
I bought it in 13 April, 21 and the issue I faced on 27 sep, 21. Exactly 5 months as it seems in your case.
Today I have faced the same issue with my xpulse 200 4V.
I also faced the same issue. But my case reduculous, I went long drive. I stopped bike to have water. Later it didn't start. So horrible. This is serious issue that Hero has to take care. Imagine my situation on a highway suddenly stopped working
