Description: Bike starting problem. The bike wont start or self or kick. The service center diagnosed as key part issue & changed the entire key part.

Description: Bike engine stalled in 4th gear on highway. After that the bike wont start on self or kick. Towed the bike to trademarkk hero authorized service center where they said it was fuel pump issue. The bike was kept at service center from 21 Nov 2022 to 4th Dec 2022 waiting for the part to be delivered. On 4th Dec 2022, the tested the bike again before changing fuel pump and the bike was running. They asked me to take the bike without changing fuel pump & if the issue occurs again they will change the part.

Description: At evening while leaving form office, the bike wont start on self or kick. Since it was evening & service center was about to close, they asked me to keep the bike at office & bring it in tomorrow. On 31st Dec 2022, I towed the bike to service center & they said that they changed the fuel pump but still the bike is not starting. They diagnosed the issue & said they need to change "throttle body". Today is 21st Jan 2023, I have not received my bike & they keep saying that the part has not yet been delivered to them.
Please help me get this issue resolved or replace my bike or refund the full purchase amount of bike.
