Hero Motocorp — hero destini 125 - i3s technology not working.

I purchase hero destini 125 vx scooty purchase dated 8.6.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, i3s technology not woking, normal stand also moving when scooty speed around 60KM/H.

I also visited many time but problem not resolved. How can i do at present. Please solve my issue. My ph no is [protected]. Purchase from Maa Kali Auto center, Hematpur, Burdwan.
