Hero Motocorp — hero glamour fi, faulty bike sold me. (fuel pump is not working)

I have purchased a new hero bike from rajtilak automobiles on dated 16th may 2019. But it is a defective bike. According to balaji motors it's fuel pump is not working & need to replace. When i asked to rajtilak automobiles for change with another bike, they are not ready to change. Sir, i don't want to buy this faulty bike. It will be create major issue for me in future. Requesting you to consider my request & provide me another bike. It will be highly appreciated. Please find the below details. I have submitted the bike at balaji motors (Surat).
