This is to inform you that i am Piyush Acharya mobile number is [protected] i belong to bikaner rajasthan i am regular service customer of hero. I have bike Glamour rj07sq1386. I purchased this bike on 2013 from since never service outside service center only services with the authorized dealers of hero. I am also regular customer of Hero Joyride due to pandemic covid-19 i am suffering from diseases covid from last 4 month due to this i am unable to service my bike on time . today i visited at rajaram dhariana dealership gangashehar road bikaner workshop manager told me that my joy card is expired. due to health issue i m not able to service my bike on time so my card is expired, being a regular customer i need support from your side please consider my 1 service which was pending in my joycard i hope you will consider my request and revert back me on priority basis. I give my bike today for service at Rajaram dhariana please today free my service and inform to dealer about this and also me. my joyride card details given - [protected] name piyush acharya mobile [protected]

I have joined in HERO JOYRIDE third time now.
1.May I know what is the amount to be paid for joy ride?
2.Why the dealers don't give receipts for joy ride paid amounts?
