Good morning.
I had an issue with my duet with starting trouble and gets switched off while running. I gave it for service @ mrg motors coimbatore. They said that issue was with crd unit and changed it @ rupees 1300.. Again there was an issue repeated complaint and said that issue was with the crd unit and replaced it @ 1500. Still the issue persisted i decided to check with the local mechanic and he told me that the cde units are perfectly working fine. The issue was wih the magnetic coil and he helped me resolve the issue @ 500 rupees. Whereas i have spent abou 3000 rupees in the showroom with no resolution and just sold your products stating there was an issue. I demand an explanation and refund of my money. I have spent around 6 visits to the showroom skipping two working days at my office. Please provide me an explanation. I wouyld have to escalate this if needed. If there are no qualified technicians then why run a service centre, are they snactching money in the name of service. I am deeply dissatisfied and regret for the services that was provided based on your brand. Hero has a great reputation which is being dishonoured and tampered in these cases. Please look into this issue.
