Respected Sir I am SURENDRA NAKWAL. Sir my policy number from national insurance company is[protected] my bike RJ14NJ1025 is standing at Hero Compny Showroom HARDIK MOTORS JAIPUR for last 5 months due to accident! Whose repair work is now complete ! When I asked workshop manager Mr. Pankaj Singhal for information regarding insurance claim And My Total Bill Amount, I was abused and thrown out in very abusive language and threatened to be seen later and to implicate me and my bike in a police case. Also I have been refused my bike ! Sir, when my elder brother called Mr. Pankaj Singhal and wanted information in this regard, he was abused and abused on mobile and threatened to implicate him in FIR, whose complete call recordings are available in mobile.
