Dear concern,
This is to informed you that i have purchased maestro edge from sur motors, hooghly west bengal. After three months it has a horrible problem, bike self not worked, kick not worked not even single light is working, i have daily use my scooty. I have nearest aurhorised service center rs traders mogra 13 no rail gate hoogly wb. They are used to charge my battery & again give back to me. Again i have suffered again same thing they doing. The wrost thing is that scoorty has just failure of hero moto corp. I am very much fastrated that i have purchased hero.

Updated by abhijitboler kindly suggest what I have to do .my scooty has now death .it is not possible that I take with there .service center of hero authorized has within the 2 km from the radious of mogra, Hooghly, WB.kindly help ASAP

This is inform you that i have problem in battery as per RS trader is
concern, (MOGRA, HOOGHLY)He assures that my battery will be resolved soon
.now 15 day over. i got my old battery now .he is taking its not battery
problem its your problem you don't take ride as need . i take a follow up
call he has take reject list my number.This is the example of the HERO
behave .now i share this message & friends that don't buy HERO MOTORS they
provide worst servise & very bad behave that experienced. This is the
service that HERO provide.

My vechile is not giving milege properly you people told that the vechile give45 per liter petrol but its giving ony 28 to30
your xperts are doing byt its not giving properly
