I am vikram kumar from ambala disttic. I purchased the i smart 110cc bike in december 2016 from kapil automobile sadoura disttic yamunanager. But this bike is not doing well properly. The kapil automobile is not entertain me. His employer chit me in bike service again and again. So please take an action against kapil automobile. If you don't take action i will send you court notice.

    maestro edge light off, kick not working & self start also

    This is to informed you that i have purchased maestro edge from sur motors, hooghly west bengal. After three months it has a horrible problem, bike self not worked, kick not worked not even single light is working, i have daily use my scooty. I have nearest aurhorised service center rs traders mogra 13 no rail gate hoogly wb. They are used to charge my battery & again give back to me. Again i have suffered again same...

    Regarding complaint request i'd:[protected], my maestro engine got seized 5 times since i purchased it on 22/03/2016. It is quite unbelievable thing to digest the way engineers of saraswati motors, allahabad are repairing, and it's a very painful experience of mine with hero motocorp.
    The complaint is handled very carelessly by service centre.
    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or else i have to seek some other platform to resolve my problem.

      The problem was before i keep my bike in service my bike in fuel tank not scratches and after i will get my bike in workshop than i seen fuel tank scratches in my bike..
      So please before resolved this problem and after i will received my bike.

      And that time was give me other bike..

        On 2nd of may i purchased a glamour new model bike.
        Problem faced are followings:

        1) day 1 - i am getting some noise from fuel tank while travelling and digital meter is not showing fuel level.

        2) day 5- i went to showroom to correct the problem which i have mentioned in point no.1, they corrected but now petrol leakage is happening.

        Very disappointed by hero motocorp.

        I k ravindranath.iam given a pleasure for servicing at the time of April 1 st week. They write a complaint what I told. But after completing the servicing my pleasure problem a not sloved. And at the of delivery they told all parts are good.they slove the problem only new parts. Bolts are not fitted when removed Ap37 Az 0745

          I have purchased hero maestro on 23 june 17 in nashik maharashtra since then i have faced below issue several times.
          Issue - head lamp bulb breakage and speedometer not working
          This issue i have faced 3 times.
          This issue is not getting resolved, so i want it to be resolved or i want my money refunded.
          Headlamp broken thrice, water is also getting inside headlamp while washing, speedometer also not working.

          Showroom "Jitendra Motors" -Nasik -Maharashtara is also charging to repair and not repairing it free of cost.
          The response is very poor form showroom also.

On 7th april i seen there is no welding on chasis on my motorcycle manufacturing defect by the company i reported this to up automobiles haridwar for replacement of my motorcycle kindly do the needful i am attaching invoice and photograph of motorcycle.                   The service of bike is given in charge with approx. Time of 3-5 hrs. Which is not justfiable. It's lot of wasting time. Although in booklet of co. Given that the service is free but they charge fees for the same.
                  The service centre of hero motocorp is very bad. I visited hero motocorp agency taken by nirmal motors for being servicing the bike. But they give me time of 3-5 hrs. For service a single bike. If mechanics are not sufficient then why we bear our time loss.
                  They wasting the time of their customers which is not good practice. To save mechanics cost they play with customers time.
                  Plz take appropriate actions against the same, so they don't waste the time of customer for waiting etc.in service.

                    My scooty is hero pleasure mp15 mx 0714. When the day i bought n right now i'm facing the same problem that it's not taking self start. I contact the showroom but they are not giving satisfying answer. I went there 10-12times but still facing the same problem. They fixed it sometimes in 2-3days but next day it does not not support self start. I have to kick my scooty every time that i can't. Facing the problem from 7months. It's pathetic.

                      I brought the hero glamour (He) (Drum self cast) two months ago i am facing lot of problem from one month in show room they are not solved my problem i went to show room 5 times no use my bike no ap 21 cc 0736 i brought in andhra pradesh, kurnool, district yemmiganuru geethika motors. They are simply doing corpater cleaning now the problem cleared they are saying. After 5 days same problem i am facing i want percent solution on this please help.

                        Engine problem
                        I am the owner of achiever 150cc bike... I also had with the cash payment.. I purchase the bike jst around 2.5 mantho ago... The engine of the bike get missing part in running condition...&i have discussion service centre deoghar (Demend money) on bike... I am suffered from the services o[censored]r company and frusted as the company not at all on ur words as they said before...
                        Solve my problem as early as possible

                          I have purchased splender + bile, in 2nd free service the engineer find only 450 ml engine oil at 2nd service, then in 3rd free service engineer find 330 ml engine oil in that, & i raise a complaint, there after they check & found 200 ml oil

                          Now what should i do, what the service center do if they found that in every service they found 70% less engine oil in engine.

                          3000 km service 450 ml oil
                          6000 km service 330 ml oil
                          8000 km run 200 ml oil

                            I have purchased hero mastero from phoenix motors (Habsiguda, telengana).

                            I purchased mastero last week and drove for 4 -5 days, i went out of station for 3 days and now my bike iginition is not turning on even when i try to start vechile using kick start its not working. I called multiple times to showroom number but no response. I informed the same to hdfc finance person, he transferred call to one of the service executive. He insisted me to get vehicle at service center. I informed him even kick start was not working but still he want me to try and get vehicle at service station (Ridiculous answer). Before this i already raised an issue in hero app.

                            Yesterday i went to show room and informed the same to manager he said he will send service person in the evening but no one turned up. Now i want my vehicle to be replaced with new one. Please suggest to whom i need to contact.

                              Hero showroom servicing, i give bike for servicing on 9.30am and they give complete servicing time 3.30pm, till 5pm there is not any processing on my bike, when i ask how much time required more for servicing then they use swear words, then i meet that manager and told all, but they will not take any action on that... At the time of buying any bike they told we give best service etc, but very bad service and servicing is given by the hero motocorp, main thing is my whole time from 9.30am to 4.00pm is waste and even the mistake by them and they use swear words on me, now again 1-2hours taking for servicing...

                                As i purchase a new hero splendor vehicle (Hr29ap5441) from the showroom of hero moto cop (Tewatia hero ballabgarh), its my sixth free service this time, and vehicle lock is not open (Jaam) easily when locked, as i told this the same to the hero service centre (Shiva motors ballabgarh), they refused to change or repair the lock and told me to change it in insurance. I want to change my vehicle's lock free as it is my sixth free service. If you resovle my problem then its ok, otherwise i will filed a case against hero moto cop.

                                  I have purchased a hero glamour on 17.06.2016 from rashbehari motor (Ph no.[protected]) kancharapara, dist 24 pgs north west bengal - pin-743145. Purchasing mode was cash, but i did not received my blue book, i have contact showroom many times for provide me blue-book, but every time showroom staff replied that after one month, now it is crossed 21 month, this is an cheating with customer. Today (01/05/2018) showroom staff misbehave with me and he replied that it is not our responsibility. I have faced difficulties, so please take necessary action urgently.

                                    I bought my mastero edge in the month of june 2017. I have just availed 2nd free service at avp motors, 38-29/16/1, hiderabad, telecom colony, sainikpuri, secunderabad, telangana 500009.

                                    When i'm there in this workshop for any service as minor as checking for some sound issue or regular service, i haven't seen a customer who is happy and satisfied with the service of work from this particular service center.

                                    The attitude of the supervisors and the workshop people are so pathetic and intolerable. You have to keep coming again and again for one small issue to get fixed.

                                    And now i am facing lots of problems :
                                    1. The engine is sounding extra its just annoying.
                                    2. Within just 9 months the speedometer is not working.
                                    3. Self-starter is not working.
                                    Today when i was about to go for my work, the engine didn't start, in fact the display board was indicating nothing. I used kick to start the scooty which was worrisome.
                                    4. Last week they replaced the battery and now the mastero is not starting at all.

                                    As i have been a hero user for the last 10 years. This is the first time when i have lost my faith. Now i finally realized why honda is on top. As a dissatisfied customer, what to do now.. Whom to call...
