Hero Motocorp — Malpractice at Hero Shiv Ganga Service Station

I am Narender Kumar, owner of Hero Passion Pro BS 6 Bike bearing Registration No. DL4S DD 1781. My further particulars are appended below this message. I got my Bike serviced at Shiv Ganga Service Station located at L-15, Udyog Nagar Industrial Area, Near Udyog Nagar Metro Station Udyog Nagar Peeragarhi, New Delhi. After my bike is serviced on 26.09.2021, I realized that front right Panel (which bears logo of Bike) is not properly locked or broken. I mentioned this to the dealing person there (Mr Arun), but he responded it a way as if it is broken due to my mistake. I swear to God, I keep my Bike very carefully. I believe that people working at this service station are either novice, or they exchange good / operational parts with of our (New Customers') Bikes the broken or faulty parts of their known ones. Further, after the service, my bike is driving tilted towards Right Hand Side. It appears that the person who has handled my bike there has changed "Chimta" of my bike also. My Bike's handle is Appearing bit tilted and the Bike is not being driven in straight
direction.
To my surprise, when I tried to lodge a complaint, through telephone at your customer care number, no executive attended my call.
I seriously request you to please look into these irregularities there and make necessary arrangements to get the broken panel of my bike replaced with a new one, and "Chimta" of my bike be corrected.
