I would like to inform you that on 11-Aug-2023, I visited the Varenyam Hero Motor, JK Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Service Centre for servicing of my bike. I asked the service manager (the biggest ### at the service centre), to provide me with the estimated receipt for the servicing of my bike, but he has denied giving me the estimated service charge receipt for the service. I don't know why they have denied, they might be doing rigging or corruption inside the service centre.

Then I asked him, May I know who’s the head here or who’s the MD or CEO of this showroom or service centre? and he said, No CEO, no MD, and no one is head. I’m the only head.

I don’t think Hero Motor has hired ### for their service centre.

I called Mr. Shivam Sharma, and he said that he’s the Territory Manager of Hero Motor, his CONTACT number is +91-[protected], he’s too unprofessional, he doesn't even know how to talk with the CUSTOMER, and if any rigging or corruption is going on inside the service centre, then he might be involved in that because if he's from Hero Motor, then he should resolve my problem.

I have also dropped email to the CEO and Chairman of Hero Motocorp but they are also not taking any action.

    I purchased Hero passion pro two wheeler on 2022 my vehicle frequently auto cut while driving, i have given authorized service centers so many times, you can check my service records also, the service engineers directly telling this is manufacturing defects cannot be resolved, actually i am a former happy customer of hero splendor, but this passion pro bike very much disappointed me. I bought this bike in EMI cannot able to move another vehicle immediately, daily i am facing Ricky driving, while 50 km speed also engine auto off happening.

    HERO MUST RETIFY THIS PROBLEM

    It means realy it's manufacturing defect

        Passion Pro BS6 Engine cutoff problem

        I bought Hero Passion Pro in September 2021 from Adyar Motors, Indranagar, chennai, right from day 1 I am having this Engine cutoff issue. It will turn off in slow speeds or while turning or crossing the road in traffic. It is very dangerous to drive this Vehicle with Kids. Already got stuck in multiple times while crossing the road and engine turns off in the middle. Looks like Hero wants to kill people by selling this vechile.

        After 1 year 36500 bike counter Shaft damaged .complained to territory manager as per his request service charge removed but then problem began wandoor branch bharat motors employees and manager they were behaving rudely and showing no support .           My bike number MH 42BH 9638 splendor had crashed accident. So I visit to mahalaxmi hero service centre in baramati, I have zero dept insurance policy which is valid. Even I'm having full dept insurance policy, But service centre advisor name firoz charge additional amount by giving any stupid fake reason. The is what this people bluff with senior citizens, those who don't know much about service insurance policy etc. Author Service provider of heromotocrop, mahalaxmi in baramati, pune.

            Your one of the staff talked rudely with the customers because of the delay of payment emi .
            Is this type of behavior is acceptable in your company. It is unbelievable. And not acceptable for a costumer.
            So i request you to take action against this employee otherwise i have to take legal action against it . Because if there is delay in making emi payments then i will pay extra money for compensation but there is no right of a employee to talk like this with me .. it is not acceptable.
            So take action against it asap .

                This is in concern to a Hero Splendor Plus bike purchased from your showroom Keshav Motors, S.P. Ring Road, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat- 382346 Model no. BS6 FI I3S DRS Cast Black Silver purchased On 17/01/2022.

                Within one month of purchasing the bike there was problem in it, the problem being the bike automatically turns off. We have taken the bike 7-8 times to showroom for checking where they just either clean the bike or advises to change the battery and thrice the battery had also been changed on their suggestion, but the problem remains the same.even not responding on mail also

                For this issue we have directly addressed the manager of the showroom Mr. Dharmesh Soni in written format but they are not providing any clear and proper solution to our problem. The only solution that remains to us is to go to consumer forum and complain regarding your poor customer services and also to use social media to spread the word.

                    I have purchased a TWO WHEELER VEHCILE Modle SPENDOR BLACK ACCENT from Singla Automobile, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi, with Registration No. DL9SCD3998, Chassis No. MBLHAW124MHJ30504, Owner name : Charul Moona . Despite of several calls and visits, we have not got our number plate and Service Book. because of this we are unable to use the bike on the road, neither we are able to send the Bike to the Service Center. we have requested the Dealer many a times and now they are demanding for extra money to get the number plate and Service Book. when i visited the showroom 7th time, on my several requests they have given the RC, which also they were denying to provide. i am unable to use the Vehicle because of the absence of Number Plate and Service Book.

                      As a Hero MotoCorp customer since long time. I am very unhappy and facing lot of problems with my latest "GLAMOUR BS6 FI DSS CS" model purchased on 29th Octorber 2021 from MIHIR TRADES & AGENCIES, BHAGALPUR, BIHAR. The details of my Vehicle as mentioned below -
                      Chasis Number - MBLJAW163MGF03996
                      Engine Number - JA07ADMGF03053

                      The day purchased, We faced continuous problem that vehicle was getting stopped in between any where in a normal condition and this problem persist and didn't get any solution even we asked the same from the day 2nd after purchased but they even not able to find the where is the issue till the time posting this compalin. This is the second complain, I am posting for this issue because there was no result from the 1st complain.

                      The condition of my vehicle has worsen now and the day purchased based on service person. We have changed battery 3 times, still vehivle is getting stopped multiple times in a day even we are in either normal speed or average speed on the middle of the road.
                      Since last 6 months even self start don't work and Service persion keep asking to repair and change the battery. My experience is very horrible with this model and may cause Accident with the person driving this vehicle because we had this proble (Bike getting stopped in middle of the road without any reason).

                      In case of any accident in present or future, Hero Motocorp will be responsible for this event.

                      Request you to please provide a permanent solution either by replacing this vehicle with new model or return the money back to us. We only want our safty and can't risk our life.

                        As the service was free to my bike but unfortunately they are charging very high labour charges
                        So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by one of your employees who handles complaints regarding bike issues. His name is Bishwaranjan Panday, and I had an unfortunate interaction with him that has left me extremely dissatisfied with your company's customer service.

                        On [26 June 2023], I contacted Mr. Panday to seek assistance with a recurring problem I had been facing with my bike. Instead of providing a solution or genuinely trying to resolve the issue, Mr. Panday immediately asked me to provide him with an OTP without even addressing my concerns. I explained to him that I had experienced this problem multiple times before and I was not comfortable sharing the OTP without a resolution first. He then proceeded to assure me that if I provided the OTP, he would handle the matter for free and keep me informed of the progress.

                        However, I insisted that he should first resolve the issue, and only then would I consider providing the OTP. Despite my request, Mr. Panday did not take any action to resolve the problem and failed to communicate with me further. When I attempted to contact him again, he was extremely aggressive and unprofessional in his demeanor. I calmly requested him to speak politely, but he ignored my plea and engaged in arguments instead.

                        Regrettably, my bike issue remained unresolved for more than two weeks, causing significant inconvenience and monetary losses for me. As a result of Mr. Panday's uncooperative and unprofessional behavior, I was compelled to visit the service center in person. It was at the service center that I discovered that Mr. Panday was the same person I had spoken to on the phone.

                        When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his handling of the situation to the service center manager, Mr. Panday's actions, stating that he did not work on my bike that day because I had not favored him, I found it appalling that an employee would hold personal grudges and neglect their duties based on personal preferences. As a customer, I expect professional behavior and the diligent resolution of issues, regardless of any personal considerations.

                        I firmly believe that Mr. Panday's unprofessional and egotistical attitude has not only tarnished your company's reputation but has also resulted in additional expenses for me as I had to pay for the same work again. This is entirely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to address this matter.

                        I request the following steps be taken:

                        Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident involving Mr. Bishwaranjan Panday's conduct.

                        Take appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. Panday for his unprofessional behavior and neglect of duty.

                        Reevaluate your customer service training and ensure that all employees are trained to handle customer complaints with respect and professionalism.
                        As a loyal customer of Hero Motor Company, I hope that you take my complaint seriously and take the necessary measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I look forward to receiving a response from you addressing these concerns and the actions taken to rectify the situation.

                        I am complaining after taking my bike from the service center because I paid again the amount and the bike got repaired I was waiting to take my bike back because of that Mr. Bishwaranjan Panday if I complain on that time he may create more problems for me. That's way after taking my bike I am complaining

                              Spare part not available whole India in any hero spares

                              My bike is hero glamour fi 2018 bs4. From 2 months onwards my bike in hero service center only. Service centre tell me that we have to change throttle body assy i sad ok change it. They are telling that part is not in manufacture part no 16400AAN501S. I asked so many showrooms all over the the Indian and raise a complaint in hero spares but no one responding. If the part is not available why launch that bike into market. I want that part...

                              I had my bike serviced on 01/03/23, and I also became a joyraid member at the request of the service executive there.
                              On the 16/03/23, I received a text message stating that my bike had been sent for service (despite the fact that I had not given the bike for service). They stated that the joyride bill for the service performed on the 01/03/23 would have been generated by now. The forged invoice stated 159005 km rather than 15900 km. So far, no action has been taken in response to the complaint, and on June 24th, another forged bill with the incorrect mileage of 159096 km was generated.( This time also, I did not let it for service)
