HF deluxe bs6 starting problem from 1st service

Refund not credited to my bank account

I have purchased Engine oil on the website https://eshop.heromotocorp.com/ via my credit card. 2 days after the status was cancelled shown, due to out of stock. For now more than 10 days over, my amount still not refunded by the company side. I called to customer support number, not connected to anyone support team for long time calling. My self, Prashant Korishettar(mobile number [protected]), i purchaged Glamour xtec bike in january 26, 2022 in Bahaddur desai hero motors haveri. The bike has battery problem, it does not taking self start. I approached them meny times. The battery has warrenty and i returned it to get new battery since from one week ago . Still not they did not gave new battery. Its a verse service and negligence by Bahaddur desai motors towards customers....

and to solve the problem of speedometer which is not working
but they didnt done and charged me for that...

Warranty not claimed change the fuel pump

I have a hero hf deluxe bs6 and i have a starting problem and trouble i was a changing the fule pump in waranty my bike is a 1 year old and shivani motirs varacha can t changed the fulep pump in waranty. Money Fraud and Delivery of Faulty Motorcycle

Problem in Fuel Pump

I have purchase HF Deluxe in March 2021 but last 20-30 days i have found some technical issue in fuel pump.

Bike not start in noon to evening due to heat [sunlight] and i am facing many problems in last 20-30 days.

I am continuous follow up with your authorized dealer Patwa Abhikaran, Indore but they have says fuel pump not available in this time.

So please look into this and resolve my problem...

Hero Passion Pro Fuel gauge problem

On last wednesday i gave my bike yesterday only they are telling there is no stock in main branch for this bike so please take your bike . That to Ive been only gone to your showroom and asked after that only they are telling the issue there is no stock . Weather you peoples cant able to call the customer...

Defective product sold by company

I had purchased a new scootey Destiny 125 from authorized show room of hero in Hapur. And all its services was done at their authorized service center but after driven 15000 KM i am suffering from problem of Engine.
Even I used to make all its services @ authorized service center. But got shocked when service i went for service after driven around 15000 KM engine oil was missing in engine. Service advisor has said that some part seal...
