Third class glamour bike needs to replace my bike immediately and refund my money back

I got service done on 13/05/23 from Shree balaji automobiles Fatehabad which is authorised service center of Hero MotoCorp… one week later after it got starting problem on contacting local Machenic I got to know, it’s carbonater is totally jammed which means it’s carbon not cleaned up while service which also raise a question mark on the quality of lubes and filter they may be use of substandard quality… as how can be they so ignorant about carbonater not cleaned up which is the most essentional component to clean while servicing…I am highly disappointed with the kind of service provided by hero moto corp authorised center… I am also raising this complaint to consumer court..

Last Year I Purchased Bike From Hero samrat Motors Satara, And Problem Found in Just Three Months That Is Starting Problem, Bike Off In Running. So i go To Dealer Regarding This Issue Every Time When Occur But Problem Still Have In Bike Till Time Problem Occur 6 to 7 Times In A Year I Used To Cooperate Them ( hero samrat motors ) But I Dont Think They Cares Now I'm tired Of Listening Exucess, Fake Information. i am Feeling Helpless. please Help Me..

बलिया Shreya Automobile मनियर से हम ने Hero Black splendor plus लिया 2 महीने के बाद ही काफी नाना प्रकार की दिकत आने लगी जैसे बैटरी खराब 17 may 2023 को चेक किया कितने दिन से जब हम काफ़ी दबाव बनाए की गाड़ी को जला देंगे क्योंकि सेल्फ काम नहीं कर रहा है अब बोलते है की 1 साल से अधिक हो गया कोई समस्या समाधान नही होगा consumer court में complain करने को जब बोला तो बहत ही हमारे साथ गाली गलौज मरने पीटने की व जान से मरने की धमकी देने लगे बोलते है की हीरो बाइक में आज कल कमी बहत आ रही है लेकिन उसका समाधान नही होगा

I am Shailenra Jain from 277 clerk colony, Indore. I am getting the issue to start the vehicle last 1 year. vehicle suddenly stop and then never start till we show to the mechanic. Vehicle is services 2 time after that and lying at service center at Sanskar Motor near Sayaji Indore from 13th May 2023 to till time. I am calling on reginal manager even Regional office Bhopal [protected] but no body answering the call. I have Emailed to them but till the time no body giving reply.
My advice is take the action against the service center and company so my vehicle will be repaired.

Sir i I had purchased Hero's hf deluxe bike in June 2021 from Jan Motors in BATENGU, KHANABAL, Anantnag, Jammu Kashmir, but it has been a 1 year but the bike keeps having some or the other problem and one problem is that the problem I have taken the bike to the showroom for 5 times and told the service department person about the problem with my bike but still the problem is not resolved. Akshay Motors has bad service.

I have purchased PASSION XTEC Bought last month of April 2023, from Adyar motors, Anna salai chennai. Not available 2023 year. Available only 2022 year bike so lot of issues MAIN PROBLEM ENGINE CUT OFF EVERY TIME.

Enquiry for others ****lot customer bike failure reply. So immediately action taken

I Purchased the above mentioned bike on 25/01/2021.With in 6- 7 months battery failure complaint.When asked the dealer they replaced with new battery after a week and assured me there will not be any problem.With in another six months the replaced battery also failed and when asked the dealer why this frequent failure they said they will replace with new battery and replaced with new battery after weeks time.When asked them why this battery failure they said problem is rectified and there will not be any problem.Now the replaced battery worked for 6 months and now the new battery also dead.Two batteries were replaced free of cost. With in two and half years of bike purchase three batteries were replaced.Now when asked the service manager he is saying that he will replace with new Amaron battery which will cost about Rs 1750.00 which is more quality one than the TATA batteries which were replaced earlier.I don't know wether new HONDA bikes are coming with low quality TATA batteries.They are unable to find the reason for frequent battery failure.They said that there was problem in relay .Even I fix with new battery without sorting out the cause there will be continuous battery failure.
My friends are using HONDA SHINE Bike without any battery problem for more than 3 years.With in 2 and half years of bike purchase 3 batteries went of and now waiting for fourth
For the past 30 years i am using two wheelers of various companies

Sir, I had purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus bike 1 day ago, the bike broke down the next day itself. Your Honda showroom owner is doing fraud. The name of Honda showroom owner is Kanha Motors Pvt. Bought the bike just a day ago and when we took the bike out towards the civil lines, the bike was not running, the bike was not running on starting, its clutch plates etc. were all burnt and the kick was not working. The one which was booked 15 days ago, we had booked it 15 days in advance means we had booked the bike and changed them and that bike broke down, it is not running, you went to the Honda showroom and parked the bike back. We need a bike change, we will take another bike otherwise return our money to us, otherwise I will file an FIR in the name of your company manager, the bike mechanic there and the company's Ford 420 fraud in the name of your company's manager my contact number [protected]

Some where down the line in 5-7 Months from now, we had bought a new Hero Pleasure Plus. But surprisingly the vehicle (Button Mode-AUTO) doesn't start i[censored]nattended for a day or two. Complained several times, but final solution is yet to be received. Tired of this issue.

Today I went to shri automobile near rampur tiraha muzaffarnagar up to check up my new bike (splendor plus bs6 2023)
There in the agency they checked out my bike and exchange my bike's engine parts that was not working properly for that they charged 200 rupees.
When I asked to them that my bike's guarantee is still remains for 4 years and 6 month so there is no charge should be for these parts
For the evidence purpose i started to shoot a minor video there's some of the employees gather at a place and they started shouting on me because of that they mentally harrasment me and misbehave with me.
They mentioned 10 rupyees in the bill and take 200 to me.

There in the agency they checked my bike and exchange damaged parts of engine for that they charged 200 rather than my bike's guarantee is still remains for 5 years and even they did not mention this amount in the bill.
For evidence proof purpose i tried to shoot video but some of employees started misbehave with me and mentally harrasment with me.

I purchased a Bike Hero HF Deluxe from HERO RBS Naubasta KAnpur Nagar, in the month of Feb. 23 but RC of such bike is pending. i am trying a lot of time but agency denied that RC not generated by department.

I have a complaint about your scooty. I have not satisfied the hero scooty. I like a hero company so I have bought the scooty. But we have a daily basis issue in the scooty. Starting trouble. Very upset with the scooty. I have too much irritating the scooty. I am not interested in the hero brand now. The very worst part in my life is the scooty when I start entering the life.I have returned the amount for the scooty. We have to buy a cycle that is better than scooty.
