Hero Motocorp — not getting insurance and registration no. since purchased from[protected]

Dear concern,

I am happy to being a customer of hero motocorp with purchasing a maystro scooter as on[protected]. But sharing a very wrost experience feeling from your aurthorised dealer named karnavati bikes, bapunagar ahmedabad.

In brief, i had purchased a hero maystro scooter on[protected] with the name of ronak shah from sales guy named vikrant patel. At the time of delivery, i have asked him for insurance, tax bill and other docs then he told that after 1 week it will be provided. After one week when i went there then he has provided only asset bill and not provided rest docs and told that will be provided within week. Then till date i had visited 8 times for insurance, tax receipts and rto registration no. But after 75 days today, still not received any docs from the dealer. As per rules, without insurance, co. Not released any vehicle to customer then why it was happened with me.

Really so much feeling bed as hero motor has aurthorised dealer who haven’t a good salesman, manager and all.in such dealer, all are very careless to solve customer query.

Request you to plz look into this matter and resolve my query asap. And take strikly action against this dealer because such kind of people spoiled the hero’s reputation.
