Hero Motocorp — oil leakage in hero duet after serving 6 times

We have purchased hero duet on 2nd june with the following details
Model - duet fwb
Engine number - je33aagge22198
Chassis number - mbljf16e5gge20195
Dealer name - mahadev auto agency, beawer road, chungi naka asind-311301

After purchasing the vehicle a few months later, after servicing from the same dealer, there was oil leakage from the bottom side of the engine. We reported this to the dealer and they did some servicing (May be some oil seal change etc). But after that also the oil leakage was not stopped. We sent the hero duet for servicing for 6 times.in the last service the dealer asked to put the scooty in the service senter for almost 12 days, so that they will send the scooty to some main service center located in bhilwara, rajasthan for the repair. We gave the scooty for 12 days, even after that also the oil leakage is still there. We have sent the scooty 6 times for the service, but still the oil leakage problem is not resolved.

Also whenever we call the dealer, service center people, they do not talk well. We wanted to send the scooty during diwali time, but the dealer was not accepting the same, saying they are having diwali sale and they do not service the vehicle during this time.

We want our scooty to be properly serviced as soon as possible. (Either you change the engine or any repair).
