I have bought a Hero Glamour motor bike from Gayathti motors dealer of Palghat, kerala. In the first service i have complaints of noise coming from front part of the bike. i have informed the same to service people, they are not yet ratified the complaint. a service girl have called me to know about the mistake; i have told the complaint but i have to get back the bike from 40 kms far from dealer point, they are not ready to give the fare too.

Kindly help me for the solution unless i have to move with legal proceeding
