Hero Motocorp — Product delay in delivery

Hero motorcom dealer in kidderpore (raunak) is not making amy effort to give the desired colour of maestro edge scotty.
It has been 10 days now iwas promised to get mat blue colour now they are telling that it will take 10 more days to get the desired colour while same colour is available in other showroom.
All the formalities and paper work is done so i cant get it from other showroom.
I will be grateful if you colf help and take action against the showroom so that anyone else will not suffer.
