Dear Sir/Madam, I've Purchased a Hero Honda Splendor Plus 2 Wheeler on August 2007 in Karnataka (Bangalore). I've taken my to Tamilnadu and wants to Re-register in Dindigul RTO office. In Bangalore RTO(KA-03) i Received NOC and However I missed my "Purchase(Invoice)" bill. Could you Please send me a Soft copy of Hero Honda Splendor Plus_August 2007_Bangalore Registered.
