Hero Motocorp — Refund not credited to my bank account

I have purchased Engine oil on the website https://eshop.heromotocorp.com/ via my credit card. 2 days after the status was cancelled shown, due to out of stock. For now more than 10 days over, my amount still not refunded by the company side. I called to customer support number, not connected to anyone support team for long time calling. And also no support or response received from customer support email ID eshop.[protected]@heromotocorp.com And also no response received from this Grievance Officer: Monica Sharma (grievanceofficer.[protected]@heromotocorp.com).
