Hero Motocorp — regarding self start problem in xtreme 200s bike

Hello sir, i have buyed a xtreme 200s bike from northern motors mall road kanpur on 18th november 2019. The bike self start is not working the distributor didn't solve my problem whenever i go to service center they charged the battery and said the bike is working but after a week the same problem is occurred again the self start is not working again. So it's a humble request please solve my problem. I am permanent customer of hero bikes i have three more hero bikes but i didn't face any problem with them. So please sort out my problem.
