Hero Motocorp — registration problem, rc book and number not yet received

Dear sir, ma'am

I bought my new scooty maestro edge on 13 oct 2016. From guddy motors anandapur, keonjhar, odisha-758021. They have not given my registration details or scooty number till to date. I hv been facing so many troubles to ride my bike inside the city. I hv gone the showroom again and again they not responding. All the payment has been done by cash.

Also i have made a complain to hero customer care request id[protected] no response till to date.

It is requested that i[censored] r not taking any action againt my complain. I will go for consumer court.
