Hero Motocorp — service charge of bike

1. I wanted to purchase a bike of a best branded company and after all i trusted in hero and a passion pro 100 cc has been purchased from delhi and facing the following problems :-
(A) firstly there is no tubeless tyres fitted in the bike and due to defective tyre i expended rs 2000/- for replacing its tube four times. Without struck any things in rear wheel, tube fitted has been torn. Finally the tyre has been changed and purchased new one tube less tyre on my own expenses.

(B) secondly authorised service dealer of hero bike in near of me is aman motors, e-2, samrat gali, main road sherpur chowk khajoori khas delhi -94. This is self-style service centre and charging service charge on their own decisions. Details are as under :-

(I) in 3rd service on 6500 kms labour charges of rs 631.30 has been charged
For fitting of bulbs, speedometer and alignment of both wheels. I never heard about balancing in the two wheeler even i am using bike since 1994. Maruti, toyota, mahindra and tata service centre is not charging for balancing of wheel.

(Ii) in 4th service on 9000 kms again the aman motors charged rs 474. 36 (261.96 + 212.40) for greasing and oiling is not justifying for motor cycle because what quantity of grease and oil has been used in bike and for what period of labour
Is applied for the job.

(Iii) a peculiar expense of nitrogen filling is charging in labour charge is not understood.

(Iv) the list of free service given in service book is never using by customer because of it is not useful. Whatever service is always required to customer is on payment.

2. Scan copy of both bills are enclosed for further investigation and necessary action under intimation to me.in case no action has been taken, the case will be referred to consumer court for further action.
