Regarding above complaint Hero showroom manager(Thilak) called me and asked me to take my bike to service centre again. then i went to showroom on 8/04/2021. again i gave a full details about the complaint. also in the first service they changed Gasket L Crank case cover. but the leakage was persisting. also bike starting problem was there. then they put job card and ask me to come in the eve. when i go there they have again changed Gasket L Crank case cover along with two oil seal. when i ask them why you did not changed in the first service they told that mechanic did not know about that. i wonder how can professional mechanic did not know about that. also they did not clean the carburettor. still starting problem is there.
worst service i have got from the universal motor. i am fed up with the service.
also the manager thilak not response properly to the customer.
not only me even many of the customer telling so many problems about the service had in universal motor. the thing they dont know how to complaint or raise the complaint otherwise the universal hero would have been got n number of complaint.
Please take a proper action.
Ask them to give proper response.
I given for a general service. but they worked only for complaint and took money from me for general service also. they not even cleaned break carburettor and other general settings.
This is my humble request to higher official, please take a necessary action on this.
