Hero Motocorp — Service problem | |||
To, Hero motorcorp Respected Sir/Madam, I am Suman Manna citizen of Shyampur Horwah, i had bought BS6 Hero Glamour on 12th October 2020 from Shyamal Auto Shyampur(Shyampur branch), which is under Riddhi Motors, I am not getting proper service. My bike was not starting since 22rd May 2021, I had complained many time then also no one is coming to see the what's the problem. They even not bothering my problem and misbehaving with me didn't receiving my calls before 2 days service manager told that he will send a person to see the problem but didn't came and saying we can't do anything. I had brought your Hero bike for better performance and better service but not getting appropriate service. Is this your service performance for your customer? I am very disappointed from your service and your authorised dealers service. They are giving excuse that due to lockdown we can't do anything so why u r selling vehicles in lockdown when u can't proper service? Lastly I want to say you please look at my problem and give some solution immediately because i am a government servent and on essential duty because of this I am in problem.
