I am Sunil Patel, I have my own a CBZ xtreme (GJ15 AL 6807 ) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in Valsad. It's unfortunate to state that, I am very dissatisfied with the paid service which is being provided by most of the hero service centers, especially Shanti Motors, Valsad.

Each time when I give my motorcycle for service, they just used to wash the motorcycle and give it back to me. The average bill which I used to get for each service is approx. Rs.[protected], In last Three month i was visited Five times, I had the horrible experience of motorcycle making extraordinary noise in the middle of driving time and that driving speed is only 30 to 40 km/h, Every time when I give the motorcycle for service, they used to give bill for changing engine oil, and other accessories like Cam shaft, chain sprocket, valve rocker, lifter tensioner, etc rather than topping it up. while every service I gave full authority to the service center personally to rectify all the other irregularity if found during servicing. After servicing I received my vehicle on[protected] morning. Since then I have visited four times to the service center to rectify the faults which was previously certified as repaired.every visit they only making bills and don't focus on faults of extra ordinary noise last Wednesday my motorcycle was at service center since 8:30 am to till Friday 04:00 pm it remains unattended (as I came to know after calling to know about the status of my motorcycle), so it is highly regretful, that even a authorized service center could not repair a motorcycle in so many attempts and very difficult to a costumer to spare such time & energy for repairing a motorcycle. I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now I regret for my decision. and it's sad and unfortunate to state that, neither will I myself consider taking a hero motorcycle in future, nor will recommend my friends/relatives for the same. because results of regularly service given by Shanti Motors, Valsad
