Hero Motocorp — some part of my bike change to cheats.

My bike was accidentally and i claimed this bike insurance, but before my bike claim some part was fine now it also got spoiled as if some parts of the brake wire handle and bike locks and i talked about it in snowy so they say that this part was not meant to change. Now tell me to change the part that is fine, but it is not ready to listen to me, and i complained about this there was no action of the branch manager of the company, yet tell me this also cheats on your team with the customer.
