Hero motocorp — engine oil leak issue
Dear sir i purchased a bike splender plus (Tn72bp5958) from vijay auto agency in near cathedral church murugankuruchi palayamkottai, tirunelveli. On nov 19.
From the first week on wards it has started oil leakage in engine abruptly and there is bubbling in alloy rim and tyres. I have visited the same authorized dealer "vijay auto agency in near cathedral church murugankuruchi palayamkottai, tirunelveli." 3-4 times. Every time they ask me to drop the vehicle and keep me waiting for a few days but despite of several attempts they are failed to rectify the problem. For tyres they are asking me to go somewhere else around 12 kms away from my home and absolutely no satisfactory answer to engine oil leakage problem. Last time i visited the same service center on 28/05/2020 and they said they have rectified the problem but again after 2-3 days the problem has started.
Not only i am frustrated with the vehicle and its reoccurring problem, but also with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the personnel at vijay auto agency hero. Seriously now i am highly disappointed with this issue.
I request all the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help me get the solution.
