Hero Motocorp — starting problem of pleasure

Sir, i have purchased pleasure 1yrs9month ago
From 4months i have starting problem with self starters only but i have to kick my scooty several times and sound created by it during starting is too harsh..
I am a girl so it has been tough for me to start from kick
When i went to showroom near me
They told me that they have to open my scooty's engine and after preparing this. The scooty would not able to maintain as alway some problems and issue came one by one.

I am fed up of this.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible
