It is literally harrasment to me
1- the info i got for show room some where near andheri was been closed
So i had to come back home once
2- thane ranjeet motors sales person vishal did not attend me properly on
The day of buying
3- i selected bike before even going to that showroom by visiting several
Visits to other show rooms
4- i paid cash full amount 66000 at once still no proper service
5- i had to pay extra 800 for helmet of not my choice and seat cover that to
They arranged somehow for maestro seat cover on my bike
6- i got bike with flat tires had to go to petrol pump to fill air in tiers before
Going home and obvious bolt covers n all was not der
7- payment was paid in one show room and got delivery from another
Showroom
8- no instruction manual given nor passing requirements were done at the
Time of delivery because of which i missed my 1st service and was not
Aware anything about rto passing, i felt like i am buying a vegetable
9 - i complained several times and still no proper response to my complaints
10- i had to pay fine at rto for passing that to i personally had to go to rto 3
Times no support by sales team from ranjeet motors
11- i was been ignored all the time
12- after several followups i got the service manual and that was too late for
First service almost one and half month i was requesting them
13- service was not done properly upon that without asking me extra
Charges were added to bill when i said no for teflon coating still it was
Done and for that cash was taken without billing as it was their mistake
14- second service spoiled my bike performance gear shift issue and clutch
Issue and change in the smoothness of bike engine.
15- after complaint reservice was done but still my clutch was not working
Properly and engine parts seemed to be changed m getting a feeling of
Riding an old vehicle now
16- i want my money refund dont want this vehicle
17- infact i will complain to consumer court and will never allow others to
Buy this model atleast no bike from this ranjeet motors
18- worst service never expected and i need compensation
19- have most of the call recordings and names of the employees
