Hero Motocorp — Warranty claim

I have bought hero hf deluxe bike on may month 2019. And we have done 2 free service on time. After that my sons met accident so they are admitted in cmc vellore. The treatment period is over 4 months. On that time i can't able to free service for my bike. After that i have faced oul leakage issue in engine head near power pin inserting place on engine. Then i went to showroom i said about that issue, they changed some small things and returned bike. But after 2 days same issue came. Again i went to showroom and raised complaint but they said we will arrange parts but you have to pay 2700 for that. But we have 2 year warranty for that. For that they said you didn't done all free services so warranty not possible. On that time i said we have record for medical treatments at that time we can't able to come for free service. Finally they are telling warranty no possible. We need action for tht.
