This is sreeghil from Wayanad purchased a new product from your HERO manufactures Xpluse 200,
A day before yesterday met with a small breakdown of the front sensor part, PART NO: 38520ABW100S, basically I'am from Kerala a small area from Wayanad kalprtta hero showroom we asked for the replacement but they said that it's not available then we went to Kozhikode KOYENCO MOBIKES branch there the problem arises.
When we reached they said their busy and we come after 1o clock that the lunch breaks that not attending the customers side. Even also that they said they will find it out but even also that they will give it but and finally said they don't have the part. We reached Kozhikode branch at 12:30 clock untill 4.30 they made us wait and finally said they will arrange it from any other showrooms and from the same showroom they are giving the part.
I don't know why they did this to us i am posting this complaint as very worst customer handling. If they want to buy a bike, from our side they will treat like a customer for the targetted ammount but now they are handling like a bast****
5 hours for a single part taking and giving make it as a reminder for not happening again back for any customers. Was this information helpful? |
