Details of the Problem:
I hold an active broadband connection from Hi Reach at my business, BK Resorts, in Chinnakalwala.
On or around [Date when you informed them, e.g., 25th November 2024], I informed Hi Reach Customer Care that I was relocating my business within the same city (Peddapalli) and requested to shift my broadband connection to the new address.
Despite my repeated requests, the technical team has refused to facilitate the relocation. They are insisting that I must personally retrieve the Wi-Fi router from the old location and bring it to the new location for them to install.
The router is in perfect working condition and was provided by Hi Reach as part of the service agreement. It is not my personal property but equipment necessary for the service I am paying for.
