Hi Reach Broadband — Issue with refund of amount

Address: Kismatpur

It has been more than a month and almost a dozen tickets to hireach broadband team on refund as i have moved to another service provider. There have been calls from teh customer support stating the next level support member will get back and aswer the query but never comes and so my 4 months internet payment is stuck at the broadband company. Need help in getting my amount back as i am in desparate need.
