I paramesh, i paid the money 21/06/2019, 4250/-, target date (Connection) 23/06/2019. But didnt give the connection yet. They or not lift the phones, i called customer service, they also forward to one hour and hour. Finnalky no progress.. I contacted anthor network, they told give me two hours i will fix the connection. Of course you have lot of connections, but you didn't complete the target dates. Why i can choose this. Its very foolish decision to my side.

    From few days, we are getting very very slow internet
    Please try to solve out our problem

      What the hell with this sevcer no technical support no customer sevice support no one hear to help for renwal updae current plan
      I faced a technical issue more then a 10days no service even
      Even i tried with black and white to nodel people they least bouther about a customer
      With out any information it has been expired
      I'm full dissapointed with this sevcer

        This is one of the waste broadband service I have never seen and the customer care service and the employee who are working in u r office r also very late to solve the problem I think I should shift some other network very poor Network.And the customer care executive is also not answering the call they are online but they r not answering the call what is this I had already giving the complaint today the technician came and done the work from the box they didn't came here and check the problem in the router.u r fooling the customer and taking the money and the service is zero

        When internet connection was failed, I called to the high reach broadband service to know about the cause. Unfortunately, service executive named (Ms. Sunitha)response was absolute rubbish and her language usage so volgur. These type of negligible behavior should not be repeated. Kindly take necessary action against such headstrong executives.
        Poor and worst customer service.the 15/6/19 my net was stopped. So many times I called to customercare. Avery time he says ofter one hour coming sir. At present 24 hours completed. But not coming...

          I have internet connection for last couple of years. Last 10days i am facing network problem. Complined many times. Poor response from customer care and technicians as well. From last 2days no network and customer care people are telling problem will be rectified with in 2hours regular reply. Till date it was not restored. Pathetic situation.

            I am facing an internet issue since 2 days and I had registerd a complaint.I am calling customer care support from morning all are saying it will be resolved in one hour and till now no one attended the issue.The way WARANGAL customer care support people respond and the way they show the attitude is very reckless.Such a waste of time & money.Worst.

              I have complained that connection has lost form three days. No proper response and the way behaviour by warangal staff is very rude. The is not coming from three days and they have experied my account. I need renew the account by three days.
              This not the behaviour with customers.
              They need to responce immediately for customers.

                Your internet service is not available from 24 hours and your hanamkonda regiona employees are not responding more over showing a lot of attitude

                I have submitted my complain to mr. Ravi (Ph. No:+[protected] to solve my problem but he is not responding to my complain and more over his attitude is very rude this is not the way one should behave to their costumers

                  I have taken a 12 month package. Used it for 5 months. I want my remaining 7 months refund. I don't want to continue with this service provider. Customer care is very useless. Technicians are very helpless. Internet is down for most of the days. I don't want to continue with this.. I want to shift to different broadband. Please refund the remaining 7 months fee.

                  Worst Customer care services. And there is no Internet access for most of the days . Even though I have taken a 14 month package. I want my refund. I don't want to continue with this service provider .

                    Hello, I have requested for a new connection with Hathway Broadband and agent checked our address and said there is feasibility and processed till the payment. Now he is not even calling us about delay in giving the connection. He said connection will be given in 24hrs, but now it's 3days. No cabling person or any person related to Hathway visited our house. Even when we called the agent or line man they are saying that they will come and check in 1hr. But now 1hr had passed till 3days. Please let me know the best way to escalate this problem to the higher officials in Hathway.

                      I am continuously facing interupted services from the day i got the connection. We have taken 1 year package and it turned into a worst decision of opting hireach. Every alternative day there would be a net down. And after giving several complaints they take minimum 2 days to rectify it. Loss of money and mental peace due to the service they give. Please take action and i dont want want any service from them. Help us in getting back the left out amount for the remaining months which already paid.

                        My wifi cable wire was broked since 10 days.. I inform to costomer care service provider. N i personaly called many time to service provider. They totally bahaving care less n irrespective manner n irreponcible way. They are not comming n they wil say our technitian wil come n fix it.. But no one can comming. I completlly disapointed about ur high reach broad brand internet service. N tha service is very worest way in tha manner. Thats y i complaint officially to inform high reach service. Kindly clear n fix it thise problm as sooon as possible.

                          Zero percent customer service. Request all not to go forward with this broadband. Sucks time and money. Its been 15days that we have been struggling without internet and we receive no proper response from the executives. Request higher authorities to have this noticed and resolve the issue on priority as we find no perfect person in resolving the issue.

                              Hi, my net connection since 5month and i am complaint 500+times, i already login but net not working download upload 0.0. Kbs..., daily 6pm to morning 9am net not working, just tell me one thing u provide day service only or 24hrs service it's a joke or what.                               I am complaint more than 8 times in 5 days. They are not giving proper responcible to me. Worstest Custemer service. When Am talking to customer exicutive she cut the call .

                                I have made the payment for the broadband connection on 13 of oct 2018. And the technician said that connection will get on tuesday i. E (17th of oct) but till now i do not get any connection and i have been trying to connect the technician through the customer care every day. Everytime i called the customer care, they are giving me the response that the technician will call me in 2-3 hours or team is on leave give me some time. I called the customer care atleast 4 times every day and they are giving me some or the other stories every day. I even asked them the contact of higher authorities and they are not giving me anything.

                                Please help me in this regard.

                                  I have taken the new connection in Patancheru as we shifted here...we paid for 6 months subscription..now continues there is connection issues... every time I call to customer care they say fiber cut issue...iam fed up with this...when I asked for the refund and cancel the connection they are saying it's not possible...there is no procedure for cancellations...please help me in is regard

                                    Hi, i have purchased a new house and shifted to patancheru recently. I live in apr praveen's luxuria. As i am new to this area, i have trusted the hi-reach broadband providers who are providing the internet connection in the builder office.

                                    When i spoke to the sales person (Karthik), he said that the only one who will provide the internet connection in that area, and they are billing around 30, 000 from the builder office. And karthik said that they would be there for everything. So i took connection for one year believing the sales person words and paid 5, 900 rs. I had lot of connection issues in the first month and after a month builder said that they have given oral contract for another broadband provider and they have cutted the internet connection wires. When i called the hireach customer care they are saying that i need to take the permission from builder, how can i take the permission? I took the connection based on karthik's response saying there is no other broad band providers in that area. The internet connection is lost from almost one and half month and no one is helping me out. I am keep on talking to area head mr. Mahesh and there is no response at all.

                                      I have made the payment for the broadband connection on 12 of june 2018. After that i have been trying to connect with the technician through the customer care since today morning. Everytime i called the customer care, they are giving me the response that the technician will call me in 2-3 hours. I called the customer care atleast 4 times today and they are giving me the same response. I even asked them the contact of higher authorities and they are not giving me and moreover that are hanging up the phone with out giving me a proper explanation. Its been 3 days i have made the payment. After calling me once the technician hasn't called me back yet. As an reputed organization it is their responsibility to maintain the professionalism.

                                        I have been using hireach from last 2months, in this period i have raised around 20complaints.

                                        Day by day we have an issue with network. No proper response from customer care and technician.

                                        They are taking min 3days time to clear a complaint.

                                        Worst network (Hireach) i have faced in hyderabad.

                                        My customer rating is 0.5 out of 5

                                        Please don't go with this network, think 100times before going with this network and get ready to get bp
