I have never seen such a bad service as Reach in my entire lifetime. I’ve been experiencing major issues with wifi network and customer service won’t respond and would never fix issues. I’ve had loss of pay for two days without internet. I’ve been frustrated and agitated after not a single response for customer service after making 20 calls today. This is a ridiculous service and I would give a huge 0 rating for this service. I am completely hopeless at this point with no internet connection
