Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — misbehaving passenger and conductor did nothing plus he was high

Dear sir

I am traveling from delhi to mandi. A co passengers on kept pushing his seat backwards after constant request he still kept doin the same then he became aggressive and started abusing. I went to conductor he said seats will be like this only he didn’t even say anything to the guy seating ahead of me. He was high. This is really unsafe for girls traveling alone like me. Even the government buses are behaving like this what would be like in private buses
