Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — volvo bus service misbehaved with passengers

My mother was travelling from delhi to chandigarh in your volvo bus number hp-63a-5233 last night[protected] when at around 12:30am the bus driver stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere and told the passengers that a bus has beoken down somewhere behind. They left the passengers alone and without air conditioning for 2.5 hours. More to their woes, there were mosquitoes all around the place.
It is requested for you to take strict action against the driver and conductor as they also misbehaved with the passengers.
I would like a refund for her ticket plus the reimbursement for her grievances.
