[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — excess of installment amount taken | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sri Jayanthi . I bought a honda aviator on 3/4/18 . The money were paid in 12 installments and it was debited from my bank account automatically . The installments amount is Rs.5973/- per month . The period of contract was from 3/4/18 to 5/4/19. But on the last installment the was debited on 2/4/19 . But again Rs.5973 was debited on 5/4/19 . So when we contacted to the customer care about this, they said that the excess of amount will be refunded within 10 days but the amount is not yet refunded to my account . I request you to refund the money as soon as possible . Also i want the NOC to be sent to my email id - [protected]@gmail.com .
