Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Got less fuel | Relative cheating issue

This is to bring to your notice that one of your petrol pumps is cheating customers by filling less fuel to their vehicles.

This has happened second time with me. I asked the operator to fill petrol of ₹350.00
He started filling, and the other employees asked me to give the amount. As I turned to take my wallet out and give the cash to him, the one who was filling the fuel stopped and said it's done...and he reset the readings at the same time. As I can tell from the meter reading the my tank should be almost full from approximately 3.25 litres of petrol as there was petrol earlier, but it was nearly half.

I complaint him that you haven't filled the complete fuel of ₹350, which he denied and said check the tank...not the meter. I did that also, but I was sure that he is bluffing.

To this I asked for the receipt from the Machine, to which he said that the machine isn't working.

Similarly, 2 weeks ago this had happened when I got fuel of ₹400. That time I thought it might be my mistake, but this time I am confirmed that I have been cheated again.

Please look into thi matter and help a loyal customer of yours.
