Hi, I went to one of your dealers – 334 SUPER BAZAR, A-334, Basement, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, NEW DELHI – 110 087 yesterday evening to purchase 650 ml DOVE DAILY SHINE SHAMPOO. It was displayed in the counter with some missing scheme sticker on it. I got suspicious and asked the owner / counter persons and they said that it is available for Rs. 390/-, whereas it’s MRP was Rs. 410/-. I did not buy it from there however, but later bought from some other dealer @ Rs. 330/-. It was having a sticker of Rs. 50/- OFF on it. My point is that how can a dealer remove a scheme sticker and try to sell a product at MRP? I request you to carry an investigation in the matter, as it is a clear case of cheating. Or you can depute someone for a surprise visit to know the facts. I would appreciate a response from you on the matter please.
