Hindustan Unilever — Complaint for Hindustan Unilever Pureit Marvella UV and its Cheating Dealer | |||
We have unfortunately bought Hindustan Unilever's, Pure IT Marvella device from one of your dealer who fooled us saying there is no need of pressure pump after he came and checked at our home. Its just 4 month and twice we faced problem of CSF Change indicator blinking and now your service engineer and dealer are saying you have to fix pressure pump. This is a clear case of cheating and looting our hard earned money. I know you as a company are pathetic else you would have not lied or at least would have given proper service. I am just looking for better service or better place where I can register my complaint against your dealer.
