A STRONG WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF HINDWARE
I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Hindware so that others don’t face the same frustration. I purchased [hindware one pice evita[protected] ] on [01/06/2024], expecting a product of decent quality from a brand that claims reliability. To my shock, the product cracked/broke automatically in an unreasonably short period of 8 months. This is unacceptable for any product, let alone from a reputed brand.
What makes the situation worse is their appalling customer service. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via calls, emails, and their support portal, no one responded adequately, no replacement was offered, and there was zero accountability. Their claims of “customer satisfaction” and “quality assurance” are completely false.
I want to warn every potential customer: Hindware products may look good on paper or in showrooms, but in reality, the quality is poor, and the service is non-existent. You will likely waste your money, time, and patience.
