[Resolved] Hitachi Air Conditioner — Pathetic Services | |||
Dear, I have purchased 3 Hitachi AC's last week with 100 % payment through Sargam Electronic Noida. I was shocked to hear when I enquired about the 1.5 Ton AC to be delivered to me, the response was "From SARGAM ELECTRONICS- Why are you wasting yours & Our time, we'll let you know when it will be delivered, don't call us". First advise to all Buyers- SARGAM ELECTRONICS; pls. don't buy unless you don't care for your hard earned Money. Multiple reasons 1. You will never get them on phone- have to try at least 10-15 time to get thru, lucky enough GOD helped you. 2. Each and every person will say different policies.. 3. They don't take any ownership on part of OEM the product they SELL. The Other part, its been a week and I'm continuously trying to get the HITACHI CUSTOMER SERVICE to get Installation of these AC's. My best jackpot after 4 days I was able to connect and response was We have send the request to service team, you have to wait. Not sure why I decided to go with HITACHI instead of LG ... suggest all viewers to think before buying such products which are marketed as best brand but doesn't have service commitment..
