[Resolved] Hitachi — customer service is not given yet.. | |||
I purchased a refrigerator 2 days back from lotus and they said you cannot open a fridge without the hitachi executive who will give demo and then you can open.. Till this time of writing a complaint, no hitachi executives has yet not came. This is a sick attitude of hitachi and poor customer service. We have been suffering since 2 days and no solution has been done I want to return the fridge and does not wish to keep it and want a full refund of my hard earned money Was this information helpful? | |||
