[Resolved]  Hitachi — ductable ac

Dear team,

"we have been experiencing the worst service from hitachi. We have sent many times mail to hitachi, but there is no response.

After this, we are going to the complaint in consumer forum.

It has been almost 20 days to complain about ductable ac, not cooling. Complain no: [protected],

Even after a complaint to higher management, no one has fixed it. Code: fe284c29c5e.

Still, there is no action taken from hitachi, which is unacceptable.

Their technician came 2 times to resolve our issue, but they are not able to fix it.

They only charged unnecessary gas filling which cost 17225/- inr. After this our ac still not cooling.

If they are not able to fix or find out our issue then replace our ac.

Also, we have requested to raise a refund of 17225/- which we have already paid to hitachi.

As a summer season, we can't wait for a longer period of time. We are going to raise a complaint on consumer forum also today.


Our concern is only either they fix it or replace our ac.

Dear Team,

After 30 days, The result came out.

Now, Hitachi team is telling that there is another issue in our ductible AC and this issue has been occurred just because of their engineer made a mistake during his previous visit.

They have overcharged gas unnecessary in our AC.

Now, just because of them, the gas flow has stopped. And, they are demanding around 15000/- INR to repair it.

They told us that they will issue the refund amount of the previous amount 17225/- INR & they are demanding advance payment of the current issue.

We are not going to process any payment now until and unless our issue is not resolved.

After facing lots of problems just because of your team, how can you make such requests? it is extremely unprofessional.

If our problem is not solved until 2nd of June, we file a case against Hitachi in consumer forum.

We don't intend to do such as our only concern is that our AC functions properly.

I am mentioning you the team members' name who has visited our office & handled our case.
