Hitachi — Failing to install the new split ac

I bought a new Hitachi 1 ton split ac from Vijay Sales, Infinity mall, Andheri west 5 days back and ever since i have been waiting for the hitachi technician to install the ac. Its been lying in a box in a corner of the house. Every time i call Vijay sales and Hitachi they assure me it will be done and that the request has been made but still its not been done. I have asked Vijay Sales to take the ac back but they have again assured me that the Hitachi technician will be visiting us today itself.
