[Resolved]  Hitachi — hitachi ac

I purchased hitachi rsd 318 on 27th of may'2017.

On 14th of july, my ac didn't start and i booked complaint on 15th of july.

On the same day (On 15th of july) technical team of hitachi visited us on and informed us that circuit board/pcb bard of ac is failed and has to replace.

Till date after completion of 11 days, my complaint has not been resolved.

Besides, i send various emails to hitachi customer care regarding explanation of such problem in newly purchased product but there is not any response from there side.

Besides, tech support team of hitachi suggest not to use functions of modes given in ac as it leads to failure of circuit board!!!

What the hell he was talking, what does that mean, i brought ac after checking available facility and brand name.

If just by changing mode from cool to dry or by changing temperature from 26 to 24 or visa versa, circuit board fails, what is the meaning of buying a brand like hitachi? And to waste money.

Please intervene and help me to get replacement of product or refund from company.
