HITACHI SPLIT 1.5TR KAZE PRIME-RAU318HUDZ purchased on 22.6. 2014 making rattling noise so not operating it Complaint lodged and followed up at telephone nos 35324848 but no response has been received. Every time the person attending the call says that we are really concerned and feel sorry in t hsi regard and the technical man will be deputed soon. When asked what time and atwhat date he will come then reply is given that we can not tell you in thsi regard. As and when convenient we will depute the person. So being a senior offical of Govt of India I finail to understand for how many days I have to keep following HItachi and stay at home leaving all official and personal works to be available for Hitachi personnel? IS IT A PROPER RESPONSE ON THE PART OF HITACHI OFFICIALS? PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO THE JOB TODAY ITSELF AS ALREDAY LOT OF TIME HAS ELAPSED AFTER THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED FIRST. This is the complaint regarding Hitachi split ac 2ton
Model no. RAS424ETD which was purchased on 8-4-2013 and the problems which are presently occurring are no cooling and compressure not working as it has been checked by the technician.bill copy is attached in a photo.
Kindly do me the favour for the above said problems as soon as possible. Eagerly waiting for your reply.
