Hi Is customer responsible for fault/damage done by hitachi to my ac... Why will customer pay for damage done by hitachi india??? It been 6 days i am suffering on account of lethargic & ignorant behavior shown by hitachi india... I got my ac raw218ktd wind 1.5 tr service by authorized service dealer on 6th may 2018 (Sunday) via complaint no [protected]. After service by authorized engineer, my ac got faulty & stopped working... Seems motor got damaged... I immediately brought it to the knowledge of hitachi india via complaint no [protected].
