I bought a hitachi merai ac 3 weeks back. Have been facing issues since day 1. First the compressor made loud noises and the ac kept turning off on its own and now the pcb is burnt. After filing 6 complaints within 20 days, i m told that it will take 7 days to fix it. Did i pay 40k for all this trouble? Can someone take an action urgently as i want a replacement for this machine. If being in warranty it is giving me so much trouble, i dont want to waste a single penny in its repair once my warranty goes off. The service center does not have a pcb in thane. Then why is hitachi the number 1 choice i cant comprehend. As the service center is not prompt in taking an action, i request you to help me out. Was this information helpful? | |
