I bought hitachi 1.5 ton split ac model no. Rsd317hbea on 01.03.2018. I have purchased this ac from reliance digital, phoenix mall, chennai. Since then i faced 3 times gas problem, copper coil leakage & outdoor fan issue. It costs me rs 20000/- till date. This hitachi product has irritated me a lot and i have to incur huge loss on its repair and maintenance. The company should change my unit, because the dealer is not paying any attention towards it .Now it is not working since yesterday . Recently i got the copper coil repaired and gas leakage in the month of may' 2021 and now i am having pcb and control board issue.
